How to Create and View Favorite Files in Box Account

Box is one of the leading cloud storage services and the company does put a lot of effort to improve user experience. Like other cloud storage services like Dropbox and OneDrive, Box provides a way to access content quickly. One such feature is favorite files. Box allows its user to access all their frequently opened documents from the homepage, with just a click.   • Step 1: Log in to Your Box Account

Go to Box.com and enter your login credentials. Favorite content is available for both business and personal (consumer) users.

  • Step 2:  Go to All Files 

Locate the All Files tab in the left navigation menu and click on it.

  • Step 3:  Choose a File or Folder

What files or folders do you frequently open? It’s a good idea to make them favorite because it saves a lot of time searching for them.

  • Step 4: Or, Simply Drag Your Files/Folders to Favorite Section

Alternatively, you can even drag and drop files to the Favorites section. All the files or folders that are in the Favorites section are available right after logging into your Box account.
