How to Check Available Storage Space in a Dropbox Business Account

Follow these simple steps to find out how.

Step 1:  Sign into Dropbox.com

Log in to your Dropbox account with your admin login credentials. Note that you must be a Dropbox admin to perform this task.

Step 2:  Click on Your Avatar

Find your name initials avatar on the top right corner of the page. It then opens a dropdown.

Step 3: Go to Settings

Click on the Settings link from the menu.

Step 4: Check the Plan

In Settings and under the Exinent Account, locate and click on the Plan tab. It then shows the plan your company is using currently.

Step 5: Check the Used and Available Space

Dropbox shows the available and used space in the company’s account using a bar. It also provides details of regular and shared files.
